Built as a low-rise Arabian fort in the Al Marmoom desert, about forty-five minutes from central Dubai. It reopened in 2023 after refurbishment with 115 rooms and suites. Event spaces run from indoor rooms and courtyards to the open-air Al Hadheerah restaurant and settings staged among the dunes.
